Synthesis and characterization of crednerite Cu1+xMn1-xO2 (x=0-0.08) and CuMn1-xBxO2 substituted with nonmagnetic ions (B=Al, Mg, x=0 - 0.10).
2.1. Synthesis of crednerite Cu1+xMn1-xO2(x=0-0.08) and CuMn1-xBxO2 (B=Al, Mg, x=0 - 0.10) by hydrothermal method at low temperature and pressure and by solid state reaction in controlled atmosphere.
2.2. Structural characterisations of obtained materials by X-Ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM-EDX), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermal analysis (TG).
2.3. Study of optical, electrical and magnetic properties of polycrystalline samples.
